In the Inner Arts all healing is done through the heart bringing heart-consciousness to the injury, trauma, hole, void, schema or miasma, which are cut off areas that are shying away from the light of unity. Deep or active listening is a matter of fair-witness interoception by the inner senses of the body, rather than the confrontational, dismissive, divisive listening of the ego shell.
