Awakening to Your Soul

Sandra Thomas (Kae) was born in Manchester, Jamaica, left when she was 19 years old, and has lived in the United States ever since.She is a 'seasoned caregiver' with a career spanning over three decades, giving her a unique and personal perspective.Sandra considers her "Christian faith" and family most important to her. If she's not spending time with family and friends, you can almost always find her distributing to the homeless, whether people or animals, which she enjoys, and visiting the elderly.Her hobbies are writing, singing, having encouraging (uplifting) conversations, and appreciating nature. Her mantra is embodied in the words of Maya Angelou, which say:"Be the best that you can be, and people will know you and add their prayers to and for your life."This is my mantra.
