Azaya and the Streets of Skelderheim: A Cozy Slice Life Fantasy Novel

I'm heading to Klebber's Mercantiles and Imports to get a nine-day bag of coffee, come with me and I'll show you my city. Skelderheim sits on the Central Expanse and is a steppe city, but all sorts of people live and work here. We're in the Merchant's Ward where anything you could ever want or need is found. There are five official wards here, but this one's my home. I live above a bakery with my mom, and every morning we wake up to the delicious smell of fresh baked bread. Out on the streets, kids work alongside adults. I started off running messages and balance sheets from the merchant stalls up to the records offices, and then became a scribe. The funny thing is that the city depends on kids like me, but adults don't see what it costs us to keep the city moving. That is, until the Operator did. A kid keeled over in his office one day. Join me and learn the city as I go on runs, meet up with friends, have dinner with family, and go about life in the streets of Skelderheim.
