BRT-040 - Bearing Removal and Installation Toolkit The BRT-040 toolkit is designed for the precise removal and installation of bottom bracket (BB) bearings and hub bearings. Compatible with BRT-060 and BRT-050 bearing presses, this set enhances their capabilities by enabling gentle extraction and fitting of bearings using the press’s nut and threaded rod. Ideal for bearings made of stainless steel or XD15, which can be removed, cleaned, and reused multiple times—even if they become dirty or gritty. The kit includes cups, guides, and pullers to accommodate all sizes of BB and hub bearings when used with the BRT-060 or BRT-050 presses. Please note that the receiver cups for hub bearing removal are intended for hubs with axle stops.
