BECOMING the CEO of YOUR Financial LIFE: Systems, Budgeting, Cash Flow, Net Worth, and Habits Leadership: 2

Somewhere along the way, personal finance became a subject people associate with restriction: budgets as punishment, spreadsheets as homework, money management as a chore to be endured rather than a role to be filled. This book asks you to make one small but genuinely useful shift: stop thinking of yourself as the bookkeeper of your financial life, quietly recording what has already happened, and start thinking of yourself as its Chief Executive Officer, the person responsible for deciding where it goes next. A good CEO does not personally process every invoice. A good CEO builds systems, reads the numbers that matter, and makes deliberate decisions about direction. That is precisely the posture this book will help you build, one practical system at a time. You already have a company. It is time to start running it like one.
