I never planned to write this book. But the stories kept coming-at airports, over calls, in counselling rooms, and in moments of deep uncertainty shared by students and families. Before becoming an education consultant, I spent almost two decades in Human Resources-another role filled with emotions, transitions, and cultural gaps. Working in the Middle East, the USA & India, I encountered hundreds of professionals from diverse countries, each carrying the weight of separation from families, children, and parents. It never got easier to witness. But that is life.... Isn't it?
