Bol Mark Becker, the son of Larry and Eve Becker, developed a love for caring for animals during a visit to a family friend in Montana with his mother. While there, he observed a veterinarian treating animals on the ranch and a farrier putting shoes on several horses. Both professionals answered his questions and shared insights about their respective trades. The veterinarian played a significant role in Mark's life as he grew up. This is Mark's story, inspired by those who care for animals, leading him to become a veterinarian himself. Along the way, he met a remarkable young woman in veterinary school who became an important part of his life and his family's.
