Big Woods Quilt with Video Tutorial Access: Learn to appliqu� one block at a time

The Big Woods pattern came to life from Sarah's friendship with fabric designee, Tula Pink. After planning to do "something" together for nearly ten years, Free Spirit Fabrics made their chats a reality by providing the fabric kits! Big Woods is entirely Sarah's design, using Tula's fabric. This book is the full pattern and video instruction (over 6 hours) from their 2024/25 Block of the Month program, broken out into chapters. Beginners to appliqué will find the video tutorials from Sarah and Tula comprehensive and informative, while appliqué enthusiasts have the option for more difficult shapes and a choose your own adventure style journey through the woods - there are extra templates and you are encouraged to add and subtract to make the quilt your own as the journey progresses. This quilt is a lovely balance of simple machine piecing and hand needleturn appliqué, although the templates are also suited to machine appliqué if you prefer.
