This study investigated the effect of nanoparticles and PGPR treatments on biochemical and morphological changes in castor plants under Fusarium Wilt infection. The experiment showed that treatments involving chitosan nanoparticles, green silver nanoparticles, and PGPR significantly improved seed germination, root and shoot growth, chlorophyll content, moisture status, and antioxidant enzyme activities. Among all treatments, PGPR combined with chitosan nanoparticles (Treatment 6) was most effective in enhancing growth parameters and antioxidative defense mechanisms under disease stress. Green silver nanoparticles synthesized from Bacillus subtilis also improved antioxidant enzyme activity and plant health. Protein profiling revealed clear biochemical differences among treatments. Overall, the study concluded that nanoparticle and PGPR combinations can strengthen physiological and biochemical responses in castor, helping plants tolerate Fusarium wilt stress more effectively.
