Blind Taste Cultural Magazine 16: featuring: Pura Fé, Nacaome, Honduras, and 'Chancho Al Cilindro'

'The act of 'Blind Tasting' can be associated with the practice of 'sampling and savoring' all sorts of meals, drinks, music, attractions, and activities, without really knowing too much about them. So, this project is meant to serve as a tasting menu that allows a reader, or traveler, to get a cultural experience just like that. The idea is to help you 'get lost out there' and enjoy the ride. If something like that happened, you might want to be able to speak with the locals, enjoy their food, listen to their music, and appreciate their arts. And, once you are able to do just that, maybe you're going to raise your arms and shout, 'I am happy!' Such a deep and profound experience of 'cultural immersion' will enrich your journey, no matter what. Eventually, you're even going to 'find your way around'.
