This manual also covers some of the subtler details such as creating a practice space and qualities of a good restorative yoga teacher.Chris Loebsack has been teaching yoga since 2003. She began leading restorative yoga teacher trainings in 2009 and this manual is a direct result of that work. With essential contributions from Tracy Gross and Jessica Batha, this is a collaborative work that is both comprehensive and time-tested.
