Bol Breast cancer poses a significant public health challenge due to its high incidence and mortality rates, profoundly impacting women's lives. A study assessed an educational program based on the health belief model aimed at improving breast cancer preventive measures among 323 female workers at Beni-Suef University. Using a quasi-experimental design, the research revealed significant improvements: women's knowledge of breast cancer rose from 4% to 65.7%, positive beliefs about prevention increased from 0.6% to 63.2%, and adequate practices of preventive measures surged from 18.6% to 91.6% post-intervention. The findings indicate that the educational program effectively enhanced knowledge, beliefs, and practices related to breast cancer among the participants. Future qualitative research is recommended to explore female employees' personal experiences and opinions on breast cancer prevention.
