In this chapter, we'll look at the signs and symptoms of burnout to help you figure out if you're experiencing it. We'll also look at the severity and progression of burnout over time. Recognizing burnout isn't always easy, even for those who experience it. I'm a clinical psychologist, and it took me several months to recognize the symptoms of burnout in myself.
