Bushwhacked!: Volume One: 1

BUCKLE UP YOUR SAFETY HARNESS AND SECURE ALL LOOSE ITEMS!The Burgy Brothers cordially invite you on a rollicking, fun-fueled romp deep into the weird, wooly, and gravity-defying terrain of the Bushwhacker Mountains. Meet Meatfist and Gronk: a dynamically dysfunctional duo of hard rock miners who just want to do an honest day's work. Instead, trouble always seems to get in their way. Alongside a rogue's gallery of backwoods characters, local wildlife and supernatural creatures, these two find themselves in a perpetual struggle to protect their cherished backwoods ecosystem from the forces of modernization--and occasionally, each other! Collecting four complete adventures- Swamped, A 12ft World of Hurt, Another Day in the Mountains, and The Mossy Menace- this 112-page trade paperback anthology is packed with backwoods mayhem, vintage slapstick humor, and gorgeous indie cartooning. It's an all-ages, outdoor comedy adventure that perfectly captures the untamed spirit of classic comic-strip storytelling. As the local wildlife expert famously proclaims: "It's loaded with bologna."
