Celebrating Our Faith

Celebrating Our Faith is an exciting new series for sacramental preparation. Following the Order of the Mass and the communal Rite of Reconciliation, each chapter incorporates a major movement of the rite, a Scripture story, an activity, and prayer.The Family Guides were created for parishes where children are prepared for First Eucharist and First Reconciliation in neighborhood clusters or at home by adult family members. Each Family Guide contains:-- family preparation pages that offer instruction on teaching the material in the Child's Book-- a scope and sequence for the complete series-- information on preparing a child for the other Sacraments of Initiation-- ways to use the resources at the back of the Child's Book-- Sharing Pages for an ongoing project to summarize each chapter's theme and additional at-home prayer and activities
