Championing To Save Lives follows the inspiring story of Congressman Donald M. Payne, Jr., whose life changing injury motivated him to take impactful action in Congress. Amazed by the exceptional treatment he received from doctors, Congressman Payne, Jr. committed himself to ensuring that everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status, received access to the same high-quality treatment. To further his mission, he created the Congressional Peripheral Artery Disease Caucus and introduced transformative legislation aimed to significantly impact the lives of those affected by this preventable condition.
