Ph.D., Researcher. He is a member of the Decision-Making Advisory Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Sichuan Provincial People's Government, a ""Global Promoter of Giant Panda Culture"" appointed by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government, and Deputy Director of the Chengdu Management Branch of the Giant Panda National Park. He has been engaged in giant panda conservation and scientific research for 35 years.
