Church Growth: Secretariat of Christian Education

Church Growth uses the metaphor of the church's front doors to represent growth and its back doors to represent decline and the "outflow" of people who leave. The book shares true stories of leaders who were forced to close their doors or reduce the number of weekly services. It also confronts the painful reality of temples once dedicated to praising God and preaching His word that have now become places where some still honor Him while others do not. All of this is devastating for both leaders and believers.Yet Church Growth does more than highlight the problem - it also shows how churches in decline were able to break out of stagnation and become beacons of light in their cities once again. Pastors and church leaders must understand that they are not alone; this struggle is happening across the country. Most importantly, they need to know that discouragement and frustration can be overcome. With a solid restoration plan and the help of experts in the field, your church can grow again.Bricks are made from rubble, and mortar from ashes. If Nehemiah could rebuild, so can you.
