Clinical Course and Treatment of Periodontal Diseases in Fatty Liver

This is a monograph about the comorbidity of inflammatory periodontal tissue diseases with fatty liver hepatosis. There is a relationship between these two diseases, which manifests itself in changes in clinical manifestations and laboratory parameters in patients with both pathologies.Biochemical parameters in patients with chronic periodontitis on the background of fatty hepatosis demonstrate high levels of cytolytic enzymes. When analyzing various rhythmic oscillations of periodontal vessels using the spectral decomposition of the LDF gram, violations of blood flow modulation are revealed. Clinical symptoms, index-biochemical and enzymatic monitoring and analysis of microcirculation suggest that the proposed comprehensive treatment of chronic periodontitis against the background of fatty hepatosis had a pathogenetic effect of the proposed drugs and laser radiation on the inflammatory process in periodontal tissues, which is effective and appropriate.
