This study, conducted at Kadutu General Hospital, examines the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of healthcare personnel regarding bioethics and clinical ethics. It has four main objectives: The first, which relates to the individual level, aims to study the perceptions of the concept of hospital ethics among those involved in the care continuum and to assess their level of training and knowledge regarding hospital ethics and bioethics. The second is to evaluate healthcare professionals' attitudes toward clinical ethics and the introduction of ethics training into school curricula. The third is to evaluate the practices of healthcare staff regarding clinical ethics and bioethics in the course of their work. Finally, the fourth aims to identify the factors influencing the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of healthcare professionals regarding clinical ethics and bioethics. Our findings and recommendations are intended for those involved in the healthcare continuum, patients, and their families.
