David Eisbach's book of poems, Cloister-what lies within, is based on an enclosed garden, the access is only from the inside of a church, monastery or convent. It's used by religious orders as a place apart from the world. What they did isn't clear, perhaps work, relax, meditate, pray, visit or find a corner of the covered colonnaded walkway to hide. You will discover a variety of moods in his poetry. He hopes you will find something within that pleases you as much as he had in creating these poems.
