Closing the Six Paths of Samsara

In truth, what are the six faculties - Eye, Ear, Nose, Tongue, Body, and Mind - of a human being? Are they the six pathways of rebirth, or the six wondrous spiritual powers?Let it be said: for those still veiled in ignorance and clinging to selfhood, they are none other than the Six Realms of Säs¿ra - Heavenly beings, Humans, Asuras, Hungry Ghosts, Animals, and Hell-dwellers.Let it be said: for those who are selfless, ever humble, devoted to learning and steadfast in practice toward the goal of liberation - the six faculties manifest as the Wondrous Six Spiritual Powers. For these powers are infinitely transformative: sometimes appearing as six, sometimes as one, sometimes neither six nor one, and at times transcending both six and one altogether.
