Bol In the current 'war for talent', it is crucial for companies to stand out from other employers and set themselves apart. This can be achieved by offering benefits. However, the question arises as to why not all companies communicate their benefits on their career websites and in job advertisements. To answer this question, the reasons for and against communicating these benefits were identified by conducting a qualitative study involving eight expert interviews, which were then evaluated using Meuser and Nagel's qualitative content analysis method.
