Comprehensive technical guide for urban appraisals in Colombia

This technical guide, updated to 2026, integrates Colombian regulations (Law 1673 of 2013, IGAC Resolution 620 of 2008), international IVSC standards (adopted by ICONTEC) and official IGAC replacement values (2024).
