Condominium archives

This work presents a study of condominium documentary collections with regard to the organization, retrieval, and conservation of information produced and received by this legal institution. This study identifies the existing types of documents and makes building managers, caretakers, and condominium owners aware of their rights and duties, so that everyone can look after the assets that have been built up. To obtain the research data, we conducted an unstructured interview with building managers and caretakers, who have solid knowledge of the entire administrative routine of the buildings presented here. In this way, we were able to present relevant data for the conclusion of this work, which aimed to analyze the forms of organization of the documentary collection formed by these four buildings.
