André Kologeski is a Brazilian scholar and forensic expert with a multidisciplinary background. He holds a Bachelor of Laws, a postgraduate degree in criminal law with an emphasis on public security, and a Master's degree in human rights. He is currently a doctoral candidate in Law at Unini México. His professional experience as a forensic criminal expert has given him a unique and practical insight into the criminal mind, which he combines with a deep philosophical and legal reflection on the nature of human conduct. Inspired by the pioneering work of Dr. Guido Arturo Palomba, Kologeski has dedicated himself to the study and dissemination of the concept of conductopathy, seeking to build a bridge between forensic psychiatry, neuroscience, and the justice system.
