Topicality and relevance of the dissertation topic. Preservation and improvement of the level of health of mothers and children all over the world is considered the main task of the state. Organization of highly qualified medical assistance to women during the antenatal period to ensure a favorable course, subsequently has an impact on the health of mother and child, as well as contributes to the strengthening of the family. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends an initiative "...every pregnant woman and every newborn, in which the woman should be the central focus of medical care" [64,29,89]. [64,29,89]. In this regard, the organization of the system of medical care that provides monitoring of fetal development in the perinatal period, systematic control over the health of pregnant women, the organization of a three-level system of obstetric care, as well as continuous professional development of doctors is the key to improving the health of women of reproductive age.
