An analysis of multinational cooperation in managing the nuclear fuel cycle’s back end, detailing drivers and obstacles in spent fuel management, reprocessing, and disposal. This publication presents the results of the INPRO collaborative project on cooperative approaches to the back end of the nuclear fuel cycle.
