Correction of scoliosis through individualized special exercises: Author's methodology

This book describes a method for using individual corrective exercises in lessons for special medical groups with schoolchildren who have various types of posture disorders and scoliosis. The author of the proposed methodology, Valentina Meleshko, a physical education and health teacher of the highest category, has extensive experience working with this category of students and has been studying and analyzing this problem for many years. By applying the described methodology, it was possible to significantly improve the health of students, which is confirmed by medical supervision. The proposed teaching experience can be used by teachers working in special medical groups and physical therapy instructors involved in the rehabilitation of children with scoliosis and posture disorders.
