Creating an Entrepreneurial Wales addresses the question: 'Why is the Welsh character so averse to business and risk taking?'Why is it when the Welsh can be so entrepreneurial in activities like politics, the opera, and rugby football, they are so lacking when it comes to building a business?What can we do to change a culture of producing teachers and preachers, and make Wales fit for the 21st Century global economy?This is the first of a series of books to be published by the Welsh Academic Press in association with Wales' premier think tank, The Institute of Welsh Affairs (the IWA). These books will continue the IWA's tradition of producing publications to set and drive forward the policy agenda in Wales.
