Cultivating Growth Mindset as A Leadership Catalyst: Practical Capacity Building Learning Ecosystem for Accelerating and Advancing Practice

Leadership is a dynamic process of learning, relearning, and applying that knowledge to better serve the community, workforce, and individuals with whom human services and child welfare organizations practice. The current political, fiscal, and social justice landscape requires leaders to transform bureaucratic organizations into learning environments. A people-first pioneering neuroscience-informed immersive leadership capacity-building model, implemented through executive capacity-building coaches, is proving to make a significant difference in how leaders and teams show up in their workplace. The model is utilized for both practice and leadership capacity-building in organizations. The model has implications for communities, organizations, leaders, teams, child welfare, human services, and social work practice. This title is also available as Open Access on Cambridge Core.
