Bol STAGE PLAY EDITIONTwo plays. No safe words. In INIQUITY OF THE FATHERS, two men sit in a Chinese buffet discussing murder, therapy, fatherhood, and the economics of chicken on a stick. What begins as an ordinary conversation steadily reveals something far more dangerous beneath the surface. In ALAMO JUNGLE, a divorced man is pushed back into the dating world by a friend whose own marriage is held together by infidelity, a loaded gun, and astonishingly bad advice. In these two dark one-act comedies, award-winning playwright Ron Simonian turns emotional wreckage into something dangerous, profane, unexpectedly tender-and painfully funny. These are plays about men attempting to repair themselves with the only tools they trust: denial, bravado, friendship, sex, and spectacularly poor judgment.Dark comedy with a loaded chamber.
