Everyone faces challenges throughout life. They say it is important to learn from these hardships. So, I have taken time to reflect on what I took away from various difficulties I have experienced and wrote some poems to share with you. This book goes through a journey of growing up as a girl, womanhood, mental health challenges, and the stigmas surrounding these topics. It shows that strength, joy, pain, and weakness can all co-exist. Life is not linear and neither is my story. I hope you enjoy these little pieces of my story.
