Dear ABBA

Dear ABBA documents a daughter's quest for reassurance from her Heavenly Father, and His unrelenting support as she navigates a turbulent period. It captures our oft-suppressed sense of bewilderment and despair in the face of calamity/ies, as we struggle to relate with a God who claims to love us, yet allows bad things to happen. In this series of letters and replies, we see a guileless approach to prayer, encouragement for the dark days, and renewed hope for the days ahead. Dear ABBA is accompanied by a Prayer Journal that sets you up on your own quest to connect with God like you would a Father who loves you unconditionally, and encourages you to talk to Him; which is what He desires with us. The Prayer Journal is especially helpful if you also struggle with depression and/or suicidal ideation and can serve as a handy tool if you are in therapy.
