Description This network cable by Delock is used to connect different network devices, such as a patch panel to a switch. The connector can be locked in the RJ45 jack, and the cable is protected against removal. At the same time, the socket is blocked and secured from unauthorised use. De Delock RJ45 Secure Cat.6a netwerkkabel wordt gebruikt om verschillende netwerkapparaten aan te sluiten, bijvoorbeeld vanaf een PC of notebook met een switch of router. De kabel is beschermd tegen verwijdering, omdat de stekker in het RJ-45-stopcontact kan worden vergrendeld. Hierdoor wordt het stopcontact tegelijkertijd vergrendeld en beschermd tegen onjuist gebruik. Dit biedt de mogelijkheid om de fysieke toegang tot het netwerk in veiligheidsrelevante gebieden, bijvoorbeeld in het publiek of in datacenters, te controleren. De vergrendeling kan alleen met het meegeleverde gereedschap worden ontgrendeld. De lengte van deze netwerkkabel is 2 meter.
