Met deze slotblende van Delock kan een PC worden uitgebreid met een externe Power Over eSATA-aansluiting. Zo kunnen verschillende apparaten met eSATApd, eSATAp, eSATA of standaard USB-interface worden aangesloten. De eSATApd-poort beschikt over een spanningsvoorziening van 5 V of 12 V, zodat met behulp van speciale Delock-producten zoals eSATApd-kabels ook 2,5″- en 3,5″-harde schijven op deze interface kunnen worden aangesloten. Description With this slot bracket by Delock a PC can be extended by one external Power Over eSATA port. Thus, different devices with eSATApd, eSATAp, eSATA or standard USB interface can be connected. The eSATApd port provides a voltage supply of 5 V and 12 V, therefore a 2.5″ and 3.5″ hard drive can be connected by using special Delock products like e.g. eSATApd cable.
