Bol This book focuses on the principles of microwave detection technology. It proposes a double heterodyne mixing detection structure based on microwave transmission and develops a miniaturized microwave transmission detection device based on this structure. The hardware circuit of the device mainly consists of a microcontroller, a microwave source, a microwave detection front end, a broadband microstrip antenna, an amplitude and phase detector, a mixer, etc. The device's software system mainly consists of host computer software and slave computer software. The slave computer software uses an STM32 microcontroller as its core to control the detection device to perform microwave coefficient scanning of the sample under test in the frequency range of 2.5 GHz-11.5 GHz and send the collected data to the host computer. The host computer software performs data storage, curve plotting, and data display on the collected data. Finally, we applied the miniaturized microwave transmission detection device developed by our team to the quality detection of edible oils, grains, and other products, and achieved fruitful results.
