'The Criminal Statute of Limitation. A Comparative Analysis of German and Polish Law': This thesis analyses the statutes of limitations in criminal law in Germany and Poland from a comparative law perspective. In both countries, two different models of statute of limitations apply, which were compared with each other. The comparison of the two concepts of the statute of limitations made it possible to work out their advantages and disadvantages and to formulate de lege ferenda proposals for the German and Polish legislators.
