This study explores the digital habits of adolescents in public secondary schools in Morang District, Nepal, with a particular focus on digital literacy, online safety, digital risks, and the factors that shape young people's experiences in the digital environment. As internet access and digital technologies become increasingly integrated into adolescents' daily lives, understanding how they engage with, evaluate, and navigate digital spaces is essential for promoting safe, responsible, and informed digital participation. By generating context-specific evidence from Nepal, the study aims to inform educational policy, strengthen digital literacy initiatives, and support the development of school- and community-based interventions that better prepare adolescents for an increasingly connected world.
