Experience of many patients in our health centres has always come with mixed feelings about the quality of health service delivery. Quality of health services is affected by patients' expectation, poor record system, long waiting time and inadequate healthcare facilities. Therefore, the study aimed at examining the effect of digital health management on quality service delivery of selected private hospitals in Lagos State, Nigeria. The objectives of the study were to: (i) examine the effect of electronic health records system on patient patronage; (ii) investigate the effect of clinical decision support system on patient experience; (iii) evaluate the effect of mobile health system on patient preference; and (iv) determine the effect of telehealth system on patient retention.The study employed cross sectional survey design. The area of study was selected Private Hospitals in Lagos State, Nigeria. Ten (10) international standard and digitalised private hospitals with 19,006 patients were selected for the study. Using Krejcie and Morgan formula, a sample size of 377 respondents were selected for the study. Purposive sampling technique was used to select the respondents.
