Digital IP Protection: Legal and Economic Aspects: Advanced Frameworks Emerging Technologies for Comprehensive Protection in Ukraine's Economy

Monograph work, based on the analysis of Ukrainian legislation, international legal instruments, judicial practice, and technological innovations, defines the essence and reveals the critical challenges of intellectual property protection in the digital environment as a fundamental component of modern economic security. As a result of comprehensive research, determined by legal, economic, and technological elements that, in an interconnected structure, disclose the role, impact peculiarities, and conditions of activity of protection mechanisms in the field of trade secrets and trademarks in the internet space. The study examines the evolution of threats in the digital economy, where cybercrime against Ukrainian companies increased from 24% in 2016 to 31% in 2020, highlighting the urgent need for advanced protection systems. As a result of the conducted research, grounded in normative legal acts, scientific achievements of scholars from different periods, and practical implementation of artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies, the legal and economic aspects of intellectual property protection in the digital environment have been identified.
