Discovering Economics Through the Scientific Analysis of Quran

Given that the Quran has already established the measuring instrument called the "balance" for the economic discipline-the use of which is naturally acquired by man for the purpose of establishing justice among people during exchanges-it appeared obvious to us that no one should seek an author for this economic discipline other than the one who predestined its measuring instrument. Consequently, we decided to seek the reconstruction of the other conceptual elements of this discipline within precise verses of the Quran, in order to thus constitute the primary conceptual basis of this discipline. Subsequently, we examined the relevance of this theory in providing a coherent explanation of historical facts, which it is capable of offering unlike other classic empirical approaches whose inadequacies we presented in our previous publications. Such is the case with France's monetary experience in Mali in 1984, involving the simultaneous circulation of two currencies, the FCFA and the FM, which illustrated the perfect confirmation of the role of the balance and thus of the measurement function of the FCFA and FM monetary instruments.
