Bol About the Book In Does God Make Cowboys?, Hayes is a curious boy who looks up to his Grandpa, a cowboy on a ranch under big country skies. Hayes delights in days filled with riding horses, eating Grandma's fresh-baked cookies, and following Grandpa everywhere. One morning, a simple question-"Does God make cowboys?" -opens the door to a heartfelt conversation. One of faith, creation, temptation, and God's unseen presence in our lives. As Hayes has questions, Grandpa guides him to a better understanding of God. Will Hayes find the answers he seeks? And can a cowboy really feel God's presence-even if he can't see Him? This tender, faith-filled story weaves biblical truth with everyday wonder, inviting readers of all ages to explore faith through a child's eyes. Author's Biography I grew up in cowboy country on a ranch in the Sandhills of Nebraska. Faith, family, and hard work shaped my days. My childhood memories include riding horses, caring for cattle, driving a tractor, and helping mom in the kitchen.I enjoyed attending a one-room country school and going to church on Sundays. Even though I was a homebody, college and, then a career, led me far from the ranch. I met my husband in Virginia, and we settled on our own peaceful spot in the country. God blessed us with one son. He still loves traveling to the ranch to be with his Grandpa. This story is inspired by watching the special bond between my father and my son, a bond they still share.
