This well thought out Business Training Guide is prepared utilizing experiences gathered growing up with my father who was an avid entrepreneur and using the lessons learnt from them. It looks at areas such as developing oneself as an entrepreneur, planning and setting up the business, failures in business and how to avoid those, engaging your human resource and financing the business. It also focuses on various standards in business locally and Caribbean wide. It provides information about starting a business in the Commonwealth of Dominica and moves on to provide details on a regional basis as well as information for anyone who would like to commence a business. It takes a critical look at business persons who have achieved success in business and it draws on the lessons learnt from these business persons who have been in business for many years and made these businesses a going concern. Chapter exercises are presented for each chapter to guide the readers understanding of each chapter. Each book has its own contents, preamble, glossary and more.
