Dreams No One Could Steal

Dreams No One Could Steal is the story of the unlikely friendship between Anthony Strano, a charismatic teacher and aspiring novelist with lofty goals of literary and political success, and Richard Gianti, a bright high school dropout whose days have little purpose or direction until Anthony becomes his writing instructor and close friend. In their years together, the two young men finish their first novels, fall in and out of love with several women, and fantasize often about the exciting future awaiting them. Anthony's life unravels on the road to fame and glory, but Richard publishes his novel and two others before a prolonged case of writer's block disrupts his career and threatens his marriage. He decides to write a novel about his years with Anthony in a last-ditch attempt to save both, but what he learns shortly after beginning it forces him to question his memories of their friendship and his understanding of the important events in his life
