Bol Eat Me, by Richard Carlston is a work of thought-provoking prose and poetry that dangles societal norms and boundaries from rear-view mirrors. Bringing some things closer. Leaving some things farther. It is indecent, ribald and lacking in convention. It also provokes one to question and to pay careful attention to elocution and word-play. >Adding quotes from his two previous works, Carlston includes prose and poetry that could not be included in either. Seeming at times to show his delight in curling some toes. This book invites one instead, to curl up in a chair and to let the book fall open to any page, then start reading. Eat Me, will appeal to readers who can laugh at themselves and question reality. Some of the prose about Gods, science, transformation, or a meaning to life, may seem reckless at times. >
