EC Competition Policy

Sir Leon Brittan, Vice President of the European Commission responsible for Competition Policy and Financial Institutions, gave a series of 13 lectures at the Centre for European Policy Studies in Brussels. This set of policy statements, produced by the Centre for European Policy Studies, has now been turned into a book. It sets out Sir Leon's views on the impact of the EC's competition policy on the following issues: financial services, transport, international relations, cohesion and the regions, postal services and telecommunications, the public sector and state aid. The series covers all the major issues of competition policy today, and takes a brief look at the future.
