This study examine the effects of co-worker relations, career development, working conditions, the nature of the work itself, and Payon the performance of Bayero University, Kano; Northwest University, Kano; and Skyline University Nigeria. In this study, Employee's job satisfaction is considered the independent variable, while the performance of selected universities in Kano State, Nigeria serves as the dependent variable. A mixed-method research design was utilized for data collection and analysis, incorporating both surveys and interviews.
