Non-specific low back pain (NSLBP) is a leading cause of disability worldwide.Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and Foot Reflexology are commonly applied therapeutic approaches, yet comparative evidence of their effectiveness is limited. The study aimed to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of MET versus Foot Reflexology in reducingpain and disability among participants with NSLBP. Both Group A and Group B interventions were effective in reducing pain and disability among participants with non-specific low back pain. However, Group A showedgreater improvement in pain reduction (NPRS), while both groups were equally effective inimproving functional disability (ODI).
