Cuban legal professional, born on November 5, 1972, and currently residing in Cuito-Bié, Angola. He has over 20 years of experience as a lawyer, university lecturer, and academic coordinator. Specialized in Criminal Law, he holds advanced degrees in Law and Advanced Legal Studies and is completing a PhD in Legal Sciences focused on Business Law. Since 2001, he has taught at various universities, including the University of Granma, International University of Cuanza and the Ndunduma Polytechnic Superior Institute, where he coordinates the Law program. He also teaches online for FUNIBER at undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels. His experience includes legal consultancy, mediation, arbitration, project management, curriculum development, and research supervision. He has authored scientific publications, reviewed academic journals, and spoken at national and international events. Fluent in Spanish (native), Portuguese (advanced), and English (adequate).
